Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Overnight orders must be in before 3pm EST to allow ample time to collect the order, pack, and get it to the proper carrier



Please contact the store via email or phone to inquire about returns.  Items must be unopened and unused.  Restocking Fee of 20% Applies!


Lost Packages

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier (UPS or USPS).  Once the order leaves our facility and given to the carriers, we no longer have any control.  Just like you, we can only contact the carrier to see what is going on.  If a lost package is confirmed, please file a claim with the carrier.  If you would like insurance on a larger order, please contact us before hand and we will work with you.
