IF18-III Changes
Driving stability has been greatly improved by refining various parts based on the data accumulated through many big
races with the IF18-II.
- Main Chassis shape and rigidity changed to provide stronger rear grip
- Rear Stabilizer redesigned - lower position for a more direct feel
- Rear Shock stay newly designed
- Updated carbon battery plates and chassis flex options
- Larger Disc brakes and updated heat-dissipating Teflon pads
- New clutch design with smaller and lighter flywheel to improve engine pickup.
- The front! - The structure around the lower arm end has been changed and hook-type aluminum spacers have
been adopted to increase strength and at the same time make it easier to adjust the width of the vehicle.
- The wide shock stays, which were previously optional, are now standard equipment to increase response and keep the front tires from losing grip at the end of corners.
